Sunday School & Childcare
Sunday School students are placed in classes appropriate for their age and school level. Teaching includes learning basic Bible stories, as well as:
The Ten Commandments
The Lord's Prayer
The Sermon on the Mount
Students also learn how to apply these teachings to their daily experiences, at home and at school.
10:00 - 11:00 am. Our Sunday School is open for in-person classes beginning May 2, 2021, subject to the constraints of state and local mandates.
We welcome all children and teens in our Sunday School, held at the same time as our Sunday church service. Students study the Scriptures, beginning with the Ten Commandments, The Lord’s Prayer, and the Sermon on the Mount. Through lively question and answer sessions, students learn of God’s love for them and how the spiritual and moral teachings of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures (by Mary Baker Eddy) can help them every day, in every situation. Instruction in the older classes includes the Christian Science Bible Lesson.
Infants and children who are too young to attend Sunday School are lovingly cared for on both Sundays and Wednesdays under the care and supervision of two experienced adults.
